GrantHub processes

personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

GrantHub may collect

identification and contact data, professional or business-related information voluntarily provided by users, and limited technical data such as IP address, device type, and cookies. GrantHub does not intentionally collect sensitive personal data.

Personal data is processed for

the purposes of communication, responding to enquiries, newsletter distribution based on explicit consent, relationship management, service improvement, and compliance with legal obligations.

The legal basis for processing includes consent, legitimate interest, and compliance with legal obligations, in accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR.

Personal data may be shared

only with trusted service providers such as hosting, CRM, or analytics providers, or with public authorities where required by law. Personal data is not sold or monetised.
